victoria welcomes the american fleet series

As part of the reception for the American Fleet, a set of cards was produced by the Government of State of Victoria.  These series include black & white photographs of events, scenes, statues, building, and houses around the State.  As they were produced by the state, they were probably available to the Fleet Sailors for free.
