This portion of the collection was sent home from ports in South America.  Only one card appears to have been mailed only to have the stamp removed.  The card below "Barranco Peru, Plaza y Vista a la Municipalidad" was a card he sent home from Lima, Peru with the text on back, "answer to my cable-gram received to night.  I send yours at lite pm today and resend your ans tonight.  I am so happy its found item week.  Chas"
